Angels & Moore Policies                                                        updated as of 5/25/13

  • The garment style and fabric on ALL items will determine the price. Depending on the design and fabric of garments altered/sewn prices may vary. All sewing and alterations are priced by seamstress at time of consultation.
  • Customer must pay full balance for labor cost on alterations in advance of any work being completed. Please be aware that cost paid may not include any supplies that are used during time of alteration/garment making. If additional supplies are used then you will be charged for these items. Garments will not be released until all balances/fees are paid.
  • For all special order sewing, a 50% deposit is required before any work will begin. Remaining balance plus any cost owed for supplies/fees must be paid in full before garments are released.
  • Please be aware that it may take multiple fittings before alterations/special order sewing can be completed. Also, make sure that when arrive at all fittings, that you have all undergarments, shoes and accessories that you will be wearing to make sure garments are fitted correctly. Angels & Moore is not responsible for an incorrect fit if customer does not bring the necessary items needed to fittings or if customer does not come in for final fitting on garment.
  • All consultations/measurements are by appointment only and are charged at $35.00 an hour. If you decide to place an order with us for alterations/sewing, the price of your consult will be deducted from your FINAL balance including tax. Please call ahead for appointment.
  • All missed appointments will be charged a $35.00 missed appointment fee. Please be aware that we may provide you with a courtesy call to remind you of your appointment, but are not required to do so. It is the customer’s responsibility to remember that they have a set appointment time. If you cannot make it to a set appointment, please make sure that you call us during set business hours at least a minimum of 4 hours prior to appointment time to cancel or reschedule. If it is an early morning appointment, cancellation must take place the prior business day. Missed appointment fees must be paid before garments are released to the customer.
  • All customers are required to provide two ways to contact them. One way must be a phone number where a voice message can be left. If the customer provides us a phone number that does not belong to them, it is not our responsibility if messages are not received.
  • We will contact the customer via the phone number provided. If no one answers, a voice message will be left to inform the customer their items are ready for pickup. We will provide 2 courtesy calls to the customer over the span of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, we will leave another message that will state that their items are ready for pickup and if not retrieved 30 days from this message, all items will be donated to charity and/or sold for services rendered/missed appointment fees/supplies that customer has not yet paid.
  • We do not give refunds for any reason. If item is defective we will do our best to replace the item or exchange it for something else comparable.
  • Special rates apply for group items. Details for has to be given before we provide any discounted pricing. Pricing will be set forth by the seamstress.
  • We do have a $5.00 minimum charge for all credit card purchases.
  • Only one coupon or discount may be used per visit. Coupons may not be used in conjunction with any other discount programs or coupons.
  • You have 24 hours to contact Angels & Moore for cancellation of a special order with refund. After that, no cancellations are permitted. Changes can only be made if the seamstress deems it is feasible to do so after order is in production. If order is cancelled after the 24 hour period but prior to production, then a gift certificate will be issued. A refund will not be given after the 24 hour period.
  • Angels & Moore reserves the right to refuse service to any customer.

(All of our policies are in place for a reason. We will follow all guidelines and ask our customers to do the same. Please be aware that our policies are subject to change at any given time per the discretion of Angels & Moore management.)
